Online Schedule

We are pleased to announce that our Aircraft and Instructor schedule is now available via the internet!

Getting Started:

After following the "sign in or register here" link above, click "sign up" on the schedule page and enter your information.  After that is completed an email will be sent to us to tell us that you have signed up.  If you desire immediate access, please call the office at 262-658-3800 so that we may authorize you to schedule.  We may need updated information from you, such as copies of a current medical certificate or flight review dates in order to complete the process.  After all information has been verified by Majestic Aero staff you will be emailed a temporary password to access the system.

After you have access:

Sign in using your username and password and the schedule will bring you to the current days schedule.  From there you can edit your account information, schedule flights, or see your current reservations.

First, select the month and day you would like by using the select from calendar or by pulling down the month and day.  To schedule, choose the instructor or aircraft link.  A start and end time pull down menu will become active where you can select the starting and ending times for the desired reservation.  Enter any comments for the flight (full fuel, 1 headset, ground lesson, etc.) and click on "reserve".  If you selected an instructor and an aircraft is available, a page will come up asking if you would like to reserve an aircraft.  If you would, select the aircraft and click the button.  If not, select "other" and the reservation will be made.  If you want to go on a dual flight, remember to select the instructor first before the aircraft so that the reservations will be linked together.  If you are not current with your medical, flight review, or 90 day currency, you will not be allowed to reserve an aircraft without an instructor.

After you have lessons/flights reserved, you may view them by selecting the "Show my reservations" link.  You may also modify or delete your reservations by clicking on the initials listed with the reservation on the normal schedule view.  Remember that flights cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time still require a call to the office or cancellation charges will apply per the rental agreement.  Also, any flights scheduled without an instructor during time periods when the pilot shop is closed must be confirmed either by phone or in person with Majestic Aero staff or the reservation will not be guaranteed.  Please call for current pilot shop hours.

You may make a standby reservation for a time that is already reserved by someone else by clicking on that reservation and entering the times you would like.  If that space becomes available, you will automatically be given the spot and an email will be sent to your address on file to inform you of the reservation.

To edit your contact information or change your password, select the "my account" link.  You can change all data except for user name, medical, and flight review dates.
